Fuerteventura Fishing Offices
If you need a licence, you can visit any of the four Fuerteventura fishing offices. Licences are issued by the local government authority, "Cabildo de Fuerteventura," through their Citizen Service Offices ("Oficinas de atención al ciudadano"). You need to go in person to pick up the licence on the spot.
Application Process
When applying for a fishing licence, please:
- Arrive early in the day. If you go at 1.30 or 2 p.m. you'll probably be asked to return the next day.
- Complete the necessary forms
- Get the bank payment slip at the office
- Make the payment at a bank
- Return to collect your licence
Note: If you cannot complete all steps in one day, you may need to return the following day to collect your licence.
